We train and certify communities in effective financial management practices. This includes the digitization of all revenues and expenses using Flowius Pay, while providing an online dashboard for governments, NGOs, aid agencies, and other stakeholders to access so that they can see community cash flows and help with any needed interventions. This allows us to see where communities are having difficulties collecting revenues and managing expenses to improve decision making.

OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, SPARE PARTS

Helping communities do the basics on their own and connecting them with technicians when needed

We train and certify communities to do the everyday tasks: basic operations and repair. They use Flowius Manage to schedule maintenance, manage inventory, and track all maintenance and repair activities. When something is beyond their capacity, our rural field representatives connect them to advanced technicians and provide access to a data driven spare parts supply chain.

Our goal is to build communities with financially healthy water systems that they can manage nearly independently, financing their own maintenance, repairs, and expansion while maximizing the functionality of their systems. We partner with governments to ensure that communities implement and sustain effective management strategies to attain this goal.

DATA COLLECTION & REPORTING

Software technology is integrated into all of our work

While all of our mobile applications work offline, we allow them to store data locally on their phones and connect to our database whenever network is available. Combined with easy-to-use applications, this allows us to collect significant water system finance and technical data. Using our online dashboards, we can track activities, help with decision-making and interventions, and optimize technical needs like spare parts to lower costs to the community. This allows for efficient and effective reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
